Neuroplasticity

Neuroplasticity is inspired by the process of how neurons connect in the brain to form a memory, an experience, or learning. for example, when you make a new friend, the neurons in your brain flash and form a new connection with neighbouring neurons. 

Each lighting module represents a neuron, and it is connected by a flexible connector representing the 'dendrite'.

The shapes were curated using Grasshopper, creating different formations with the adjustment of variables, then the lighting modules were fabricated with 3d printing.
